FOR THE FIRST TIME IN COUNTRY 89 YEARS OLD MAN DONATED HIS BODY FOR MEDICAL RESEARCH INTO CORONAVIRUS

West Bengal : The first such case in country, a cancer patient in the city who turned COVID positive before his death donated his body for medical research into coronavirus on Friday.

89 years old Nirmal Das was the resident of New Town area of the city, Official said.

His body will be donated to the forensic department of RG kar medical College on Saturday. He added .
