It’s okay to ask for help.

We all need help and support once in a while. And this is perfectly fine. Life is tough enough and we cannot and shouldn’t expect that we can do it all on our own.
However, some of us find it very difficult to ask for help even when we need it desperately.
Unfortunately, this often results in overthinking and deteriorates one’s mental health.
The statistics for depressive symptoms and even for suicide rates will be reduced to an extent if we would simply ask for help when we need it.
